Ice cream and cinnamon toast for Breakfast



This morning for breakfast Kelsey and I made ice cream and cinnamon toast. We made banana soft serve with frozen organic bananas and frozen cherries. Kelsey blended them in the food processor for about 5 minutes. I made cinnamon toast with gluten free bread, earth balance, cinnamon and sucanat sugar and toasted it for a few minutes. It was a fun Sunday morning breakfast and it took about 5 minutes to make. It was a kid friendly breakfast that was gluten and dairy free.
