Stir Fry


I made stir fry and rice for dinner that was really good. I used wild rice which took a lot longer to cook but was good. I used beef but you could make it with any protein you would like. I cooked the meat first and set it aside. Then put in the pan an orange pepper, snow peas, green beans, garlic and ginger. Once that was cooked I put the meat back in, added some chopped pineapple, and the sauce. The sauce was organic peanut butter, fresh lime juice, soy sauce(wheat free kind), and maple syrup. Once that was all warmed up I put it on a plate with the rice and chopped peanuts on top. Yum. :)
